How does it work?

The program uses a self-insured medical expense reimbursement plan (SIMERP), structured to comply with ERISA, HIPAA, the ACA, and the ADA. The tax details and supporting documents are covered on your discovery call.

Is this hard on HR?

No. The team handles enrollment, payroll integration, and employee support year-round. HR typically spends 3 to 5 hours in total. After that, the savings run on their own every payroll.

Does this change our main health insurance?

No. It works alongside your current plan and doesn't replace it. Keeping your main plan is actually required.

How long does sign-up take?

Onboarding can take as little as 30 days, with about 3 to 5 hours of work on your side. Savings start the first month.

Is there an upfront cost?

No upfront cost and nothing out of pocket. The estimated $53 a month saved per eligible employee is after all plan and administration costs.
